You can replace your current stolen, lost or damaged FAST program card which is still covered within five years duration with a new one. The FAST program card replacement process is not a renewal of your Trusted Traveler card. This process is only a replacement for your current FAST card, which will be issued with the same expiration date.
Your current card (is still covered within five years duration) which for some reason it cannot be used and if you think that it expires in less than one year in this case you will be able to apply for a FAST card renewal, but if the expiration date is more than one year you cannot submit an renewal application because it will be automatically canceled.
How can I replace my FAST card?
To replace your FAST card, please follow these three easy steps below:
- Step 1: Click on the FAST Card Replacement Application button download the FAST card replacement application form it to your device and then you can start filling it. Send your completed FAST pass replacement application form via e-mail to: info@fast-card-program.com or via fax: 1-360-850-0243.
To save the completed form, choose File > Save As and choose a location for your PDF, enter a new name (optional), and then tap Save.
- Step 2: Click on the Payment for FAST Card Replacement Application Processing Fee button to pay the TTS service fee of $70(USD) for processing your FAST Card replacement application.
- Step 3: Once we receive your completed replacement application form and payment of the TTS service fee, we will begin the process of your FAST Card replacement application and send you an email confirmation when it is submitted to the US Customs & Border Protection for background and security checks.

FAST card replacement will cost you $70(USD) application processing fee plus $25USD government fee for background and security checks. You need to pay the first fee ($70USD) through our payment processor to start this process. The $25USD government fee for background and security checks will be paid using the credit card included on your FAST card replacement application form.
FAST Card Replacement Final Steps
After completing the review of your application for errors and missing information, we will submit your FAST card replacement application in the TTP/CBP system. Your replacement application may bi aproved by the CBP within one working day. You can use the FAST program as soon as you receive in the mail within 2-3 weeks and activate your new FAST card.
Payment for FAST Card Replacement Application Fee

This TTS service fee ($70USD) is payable to Trusted Traveler Ltd for reviewing and submitting your NEXUS card replacement application to CBP. It also includes activation of your FAST card.
Once your FAST card replacement application is completed at the TTP system, you will be required to pay the ($25USD) CBP fee for conducting background and security checks as well. The $25USD CBP fee for background and security checks will be taken directly from the credit card you provided on your replacement application form.
