Replace Your Lost, Stolen or Damaged FAST Program Card
Anyone can replace their current stolen, lost or damaged FAST program card with a new one, as long as it is still covered within five years duration. The FAST program card replacement procedure is different to that of a renewal of your Trusted Traveler card. This process solely replaces your current FAST card, which will be created with the same expiration date.
Your existing card (is still covered within five years duration) which for some whatever reason cannot be used and if you think that it expires in one year or less in this case you will have the opportunity to apply for a FAST card renewal, but if the expiration date is more than one year you won't be able to submit a renewal application as it will be automatically canceled.

What can I do to replace my FAST card?
Here are three simple steps you can follow to replace your FAST card:
- Step 1: Click on the “Submit Your Replacement Application” blue button above, provide the necessary details in the application form and submit it.
- Step 2: After completing your form, you will be expected to pay the TTS service fee of $70(USD) for reviewing your FAST card replacement application - we can only process your form once you have paid this fee.
- Step 3: As soon as we obtain your filled out replacement application form along with your payment of the TTS service fee, the process of reviewing your FAST Card replacement application can start and we'll send you a confirmation via email when it is submitted to the US Customs & Border Protection for background and security inspections.
Fast card replacement application costs
FAST card replacement will cost you $70(USD) application processing fee plus $25USD government fee for background and security inspections and reviews. All applicants must pay the first fee ($70USD) via our payment processor to begin this process. $25USD government fee for background and security inspections will be paid from the credit card used on your FAST card replacement application form.

FAST Card Replacement Closing Steps
Once we've completed the review of your application for problems and lacking information, we will send your FAST card replacement application to the TTP/CBP system. Your replacement application could be authorized by the CBP in a single working day. You may use the FAST program immediately once you receive it in the mail within 2-3 weeks and once you've activated your new FAST card.
