How can I submit my first FAST application?

To submit an application for FAST card, please consider these three simple steps below:

  • Step 1: Click on the “Submit Your Application” blue button above, fill in the necessary information in the FAST application form and click submit.

  • Step 2: At the end of the form you will be asked to pay the TTS service fee of $139.99(USD) for processing your FAST card application - we are unable to process your form until you pay this fee.

    Note: When arranging the payment of the service fee, please include the full names of the applicant.
  • Step 3: After completing the two steps above, your completed application will be submitted to us along with your payment of the service fee. Your FAST pass application form will be checked in detail for missing, faulty information and for compliance with CBP regulations. When we finalize the review of your FAST Program application we will process your application and send you an email confirmation as soon as it is submitted to the CBP Trusted Traveler (TTP) system.

FAST application costs

There are two costs involved in the process:

  • The $139.99USD TTS service fee is the fee that is paid to Trusted Traveler Ltd for analyzing your application form, creating your FAST profile, submitting your FAST application to the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and scheduling your FAST interview. It additionally includes status updates and activation of your FAST card.
  • The $50USD CBP fee for background and security inspections will be taken straight from the credit card you provided on your application form.

What are the next steps in the process of my FAST application?

After you have been sent a confirmation email from us that your application has been received, your FAST application will be in "Pending Review" status, which means that your application has been sent to the CBP and is under processing. It could require between 3 and 6 months to receive conditional approval or denial on your eligibility as a member of the FAST program. The vetting process may not be speeded up. When your FAST application status changes, you will get an email from CBP/TTP. In the case that you are conditionally approved, you will be provided instructions to arrange your interview at an enrollment center near you. It is essential that you follow the instructions in that notification and to arrange your interview appointment within 730 days at an Enrollment Center

Please note that we are not able to guarantee your FAST program approval. There are risks of your application being denied in case you have a criminal record, an immigration violation or you included false information on your FAST card application form.
