How can I submit my initial FAST application?
To apply for FAST card, please follow these three easy steps below:
- Step 1: Click on the “FAST Card Application” button, download the FAST application form it to your device and then you can start filling it. Send your completed and saved FAST application form via e-mail to: info@fast-card-program.com or via fax: 1-360-850-0243
To save the completed form, choose File > Save As and choose a location for your PDF, enter a new name (optional), and then tap Save.
- Step 2: Click on the “Payment for FAST Card Application Processing Fee” button to pay the TTS service fee of $139.99(USD) for processing your FAST Card application.Note: When making the payment of the service fee, please provide the full names of the applicant.
- Step 3: Once you have completed the two steps above, we will receive your completed application and your payment of the service fee. Your FAST pass application form will be carefully checked for missing, incorrect information and for compliance with CBP requirements. Once we complete the review of your FAST Program application we will process your application and send you email confirmation when it is submitted to the CBP Trusted Traveler (TTP) system.
FAST application costs
There are two fees involved in the process:

The $139.99USD TTS service fee is the fee payable to Trusted Traveler Ltd for checking your application form, setting up your FAST profile, submitting your FAST application to the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and arranging your FAST interview. It also includes status updates and activation of your FAST card.
The $50USD CBP fee for background and security checks will be taken directly from the credit card you provided on your application form.
What are the next steps in the process of my FAST application?
Once you have received a confirmation email from us that your application has been successfully submitted, your FAST application will be in “Pending Review” status, this means that your application has been received by the CBP and is being processed. It may take between 3 and 6 months to get conditional approval or denial on your eligibility as a FAST program member. The vetting process cannot be expedited. As soon as your FAST application status changes, you will receive an email from CBP/TTP. If you are conditionally approved, you will be given instructions to schedule your interview at the enrollment center closest to you. It is important that you follow the directions in that notification and to schedule your interview appointment within 730 days at an Enrollment Center.
Please note that we cannot guarantee your FAST program approval. You may be denied in case you have a criminal record, an immigration violation or you provided false information on your FAST card application form.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be approved for the NEXUS card program. You may receive denial in certain cases, like if you have a criminal record, an immigration violation or you gave us inaccurate data on your NEXUS card application form.

This TTS service fee ($139.99USD) is payable to Trusted Traveler Ltd for checking your application form, setting up your FAST profile, submitting your FAST pass application to CBP for background and security checks and arranging your FAST interview. It also includes status updates and activation of your FAST card.
Once your FAST application is completed at the TTP system, you will be required to pay the ($50USD) CBP fee for conducting background and security checks as well. The $50USD CBP fee for background and security checks will be taken directly from the credit card you provided on your application form.
