Renew Your FAST Card/Pass Program
You can renew your FAST card 12 months before it expired. You can also renew your FAST membership after it has already expired no matter when and is not required to start the renewal process as an initial application.
Submit Your Renewal Application
How can I submit my FAST renewal application?
To renew your FAST card, please follow these three easy steps below:
- Step 1: Click on the “Submit Your Renewal Application” blue button above, fill in the required information in the FAST renewal application form and submit it.
- Step 2: At the end of the form you will be directed to pay the TTS service fee of $139.99(USD) for processing your FAST card renewal application - we cannot process your form unless you pay this fee.
- Step 3: Once you have completed the two steps above, we will receive your completed renewal application and your payment of the TTS service fee. Your FAST program renewal application form will be carefully checked for missing and incorrect information and for compliance with CBP requirements. Once we complete the review of your FAST card renewal application we will process your application and send you email confirmation when it is submitted to the CBP Trusted Traveler (TTP) system.

- The $139.99USD TTS service fee is the fee payable to Trusted Traveler Ltd for checking your renewal application, setting up your FAST profile, submitting your FAST renewal application to the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and arranging your FAST program renewal interview if necessary. It also includes status updates and activation of your FAST card.
- The $50USD CBP fee for background and security checks will be taken directly from the credit card you provided on your renewal application form.

What are the next steps in the process of my renewal application?
Once you receive a confirmation email from us that your renewal application is submitted successfully in the system of CBP, this means that your renewal application status is "Pending Review" for background & security checks and it may take between 3 and 6 months. After completing the vetting process by CBP, you will receive an email from CBP about your renewal application status change on your eligibility as a FAST program member.
Two things can happen after:
- In case you are approved directly, you can use the FAST program as soon as you receive by mail within 2-3 weeks and activate your new FAST card.
- If you are conditionally approved, you will be given instructions to schedule your interview at the enrollment center closest to you. It is important that you follow the directions in that notification and to schedule your interview appointment within 730 days at an Enrollment Center. You will receive your card in the mail and you can use it immediately after activation.
Please note that we cannot guarantee your FAST program approval. You may be denied in case you have a criminal record, an immigration violation or you provided false information on your FAST card application form.
